Recently, Governor Larry Hogan announced the appointment of Julia Martz-Fisher ’92 to the Circuit Court for Frederick County. Julia practices with the firm Martz and Fisher, where she has been partner since 2009. Prior to being named partner, she served as an associate at variations of the same firm from 1999 to 2009 and as a law clerk for Circuit Court for Frederick County Judge G. Edward Dwyer Jr. from 1998 to 1999.
