The Institutional Advancement team is excited to announce three new hires!

Lindy Small ’81 has recently joined the IA team and is settling into her new role as the executive director of individual giving. Lindy has extensive experience providing fundraising consultation to the healthcare and higher education sectors. She has previously served as President of the Saint Agnes Foundation, where she emphasized the importance of building a culture of philanthropy across Saint Agnes Healthcare. Since graduating from Hood, Lindy has remained close to the College by serving as a Class Agent, member of the Board of Associates and member of the Board of Trustees.

The team also welcomes Brooke Winn MBA’18, director of annual giving. Brooke has spent the past three years working within the IA division. Prior to being named the director of annual giving, she has served as communication manager, associate director of annual giving, and, most recently, the interim director of annual giving.

Kellye A. Greenwald ’86 returns to Hood to serve as the director of alumni and constituent engagement. Coming from corporate America, Kellye will bring fresh ideas and strategies to strengthen ties with our alumni and friends.
