Reunion is right around the corner and we look forward to seeing alumni and friends in June! Join classmates from years ending in 4 and 9 on campus for fun events such as campus tours, a Friday night barbeque picnic on the residential quad, Saturday night all class Maryland-fare picnic, and the traditional strawberry breakfast! Christy Graybeal, Ph.D., Math Education and Math Instructional Leadership graduate program director, recently presented at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) Annual Conference in San Diego, CA. Dr. Graybeal presented on Classroom-Tested Strategies to Cultivate Curiosity in High School Mathematics. This research was conducted at Frederick High School with Hood Alum, Karine S. Ptak M.S.’16.
